kn18's services are available to users aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this platform, and kn18 reserves the right to immediately close any account found to be in violation of this restriction and to forfeit any remaining balance.

If false information is provided at the time of registration, kn18 reserves the right to confiscate all funds associated with that account.

Location Restrictions

Access to kn18's services from countries or regions where online gambling is prohibited by law is strictly blocked. Players are responsible for checking in advance whether their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations of their local jurisdiction.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Requirements

Available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks.

  • The account used to deposit must belong to the same person as the kn18 account holder.
  • Deposits from third parties are not allowed — if detected, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended.
  • Any technical issues that occur after a deposit but before the funds are credited must be reported promptly.

Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes of the request being submitted, though cases under review may take longer.

  • Withdrawals are only permitted after a successful deposit transaction has been completed.
  • Withdrawals are only permitted after all bonus-related wagering requirements have been met — see the Bonuses section below for details.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method registered on the player's account.
kn18 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals without prior notice in order to investigate suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus Details

kn18's welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. The bonus amount must be wagered 25x before any withdrawal can be made.

Example —

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks
  • Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Balance 720,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks
If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus may be forfeited.

General Terms & Conditions for Promotions

  • Each bonus may have its own specific terms, which will be stated in the promotion announcement.
  • A player may claim only one bonus per event.
  • Bonuses cannot be converted to cash directly.
  • kn18 reserves the right to cancel any promotion with prior notice.
  • If a player is found to have claimed a bonus through fraudulent means, the bonus and any related winnings will be voided.

If a verifiable error occurs in game decision-making, kn18 reserves the right to correct the affected win or loss result. kn18 does not guarantee the outcome of games played during a period of technical malfunction.

  • In football betting, kn18 reserves the right to void bets if declared match-fixing incidents are found to have occurred.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final and confirmed on the same round.
  • In slots games, the result produced by the Random Number Generator (RNG) is the official outcome.
  • In fish shooting games, if a dispute arises, players must contact customer support.

VIP Player Code of Conduct

kn18 has 5 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression to a higher tier depends on play volume, frequency, and good conduct on the platform. VIP players receive weekly cashback according to their tier — ranging from 0.2% at Bronze to 0.8% at Diamond.

Prohibited Activities

Any player found to have carried out the following actions may have their account immediately suspended and their balance seized—

  • Opening multiple accounts to fraudulently obtain bonuses
  • Deceiving other players or engaging in collusion
